Ingredients
- pie crust
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- tomatoes, cut into wedges and drained on paper towels
- basil
- white pepper
- garlic
- onion
- parmesan cheese
- mayo
Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie crust and remove from oven. Cover bottom of crust with mozzarella cheese and let melt a bit. Add tomaotes. Mix in basil, pepper, garlic and onion and puree. Spread over tomatoes. Mix cheese and mayo and spread over pie. Bake.
