Ingredients
- 9 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1 T cognac (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up chocolate into small pieces and put in saucepan. In another pan, heat cream to a boil, then pour 3/4 of it over chocolate pieces. Cover 5 minutes to melt. Stir gently without making bubbles. Add cognac.
