Ingredients
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese balls, cut up
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c green pepper
- 1/2 c celery
- 1/2 c arugula
- 1/2 c endive
- basil
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Put lemon juice into bowl. Slowly add oil and mix. Pour over other ingredients.
