Garlic Shrimp with Avocado Dip

  • 2 medium (ripe) avocadoes, pitted and peeled
  • 3 Tblspn jalapeno hot sauce
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 24 peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
  • 1 Tblspn olive oil
  • 1 lg garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Step 1

1. In blender, combine avocadoes, hot sauce, and salt
2. Combine olive oil, garlic clove, and cayenne pepper; rub onto Shrimp
3. Grill shrimp on skewers about 2 1/2 minutes per side, dip in sauce.
