Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. stuffing
  • 1 (4 cups) of corn bread crumbs
  • 2 (4 cups) of bread crumbs
  • 3 heaping spoons of onion
  • 3 heaping spoons of celery
  • 3 cans of chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup of eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 1 lb butter in pot with water. Add 2 or 3 cups until correct consistency is reached. Needs to bake 45 minutes or more. Do not full pan but half full.

Made 14 pans + 7 10 lb buckets - cut into 28 pieces.
