Hurf's Halibut

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs halibut fillet
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut halibut into 6 equal pieces.
Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, ginger, jalapeno and pepper together in a small bowl.
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on to the top of each piece of halibut.
Bake in 400F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on its thickness. Fish will be opaque and flaky when done.
