Taco Filled Wonton Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 48 wonton wrappers
  • 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, cook beef until browned. Add beans, taco seasoning, cilantro and 2/3 cup water. Let simmer 5 minutes.

Place 24 wrappers in greased 12-well muffin pans; coat with cooking spray. Spoon 1/2 beef and 1/2 cheese into wells.

Repeat layering with remaining wrappers, beef and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Top with last 3 ingredients.
