*SALMON AND ASPARAGUS IN PARCHMENT

Take a sheet of parchment, fold in half and crease, then add a bed of aspargus and salt and pepper and lemon zest. On top place a fillet of salmon (skin removed). Then drizzle 1 tbsp water and very lite amount olive oil. Then fold in crease/edges of parchment (at both ends I stappled it to hold it). Pre heat oven to 400. Put in oven for 9 minutes (I did around 15) and then remove. Top with lemon wedges. I MADE THIS FOR RYAN ON 5/13/13 AND HE LOVED IT. DID NOT ADD ANY SAUCE. RECEIPE CALLS FOR SHITAKE MUSHROOMS AND SCALLIONS, NEITHER OF WHICH I USED OBVIOUSLY.
