Jan's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. Crisco
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 c. flour
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Work first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Add beaten eggs.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 til light brown--about 12 minutes. Press down on cookie with fork before bake or just a few minutes into baking time.
