SALMON WITH WATER CRESS SALAD

Ingredients

• Sliced:
• 2/3 cup white wine

• lemon
• orange
• Salmon
• ~~~
• Chopped:
• dill
• Sundried tomato
• tiny bit of lemon juice
• ~~~
• WATER CRESS SALAD
• 1 orange juiced
• 1 lemon juiced
• Oil
• 1 Tbs. Sesamie Seeds
• Water cress

Preparation

Step 1

8-10 min

Pour white wine into bottom of baking dish.
arrange the lemon and orange
Add salmon

Bake 350
8-10 min.

Cover and Chill-- No more than 2 hours

SERVE over Water Cress Salad
Mix juices
with oil.
Stir in Sasmie Seeds
Pour over Water Cress

*Top with Salmon
