  • 12-15 small red or new potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Add olive oil to a pan large enough to hold potatoes in one layer. Add potatoes and garlic and toss to coat. Add rosemary, slat and pepper. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
