Raisin Bread

I use two cups of whole wheat flour and 2 cups of white flour for my first 4 cups...But you can just use white flour..I found I only needed to use 7 cups of flour altogether, 8 cups was too dry of a dough.

Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 8 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 Tablespoons oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 cups of raisins
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 8 cups of flour
- 2 packages of Quick Rise Yeast
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Add first 4 ingredients to bowl, stir until sugar dissolves..
Then add 2 cups Raisins and 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, add first 4 cups of flour, and yeast mix..Then add 2 eggs mix..Then add the other 4 cups of flour mix. Then knead on counter, might need to add more flour...
Put rack on second self.
Oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes...
