Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp coarse pepper
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Filling
- 3 egg beaters
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Combine ingredients. Stir in oil and mix well. Set aside 1/4 cup of mixture and press rest into bottom of a 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Filling: Combine ingredients and put into baked crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of crust mixture on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
