Ingredients

  • Crust

  • 1

    cup flour

  • cup sharp cheddar cheese

  • ¾

    cup chopped pecans

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp coarse pepper

  • cup vegetable oil

  • Filling

  • 3

    egg beaters

  • ¼

    cup mayo

  • ¼

    tsp dill weed

  • ½

    cup cheddar cheese

  • ¼

    cup chopped onion

  • 1- 8

    oz. sour cream

  • ½

    cup chicken broth

  • 2

    cups diced cooked chicken

  • ¼

    cup chopped pecans

Directions

Crust: Combine ingredients. Stir in oil and mix well. Set aside 1/4 cup of mixture and press rest into bottom of a 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes Filling: Combine ingredients and put into baked crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of crust mixture on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
