These Easy Strawberry Cookies are so addicting and so very simple to make it’s kinda nuts!

3 ingredients are all you need to make the softest, chewiest, yummiest strawberry cookies that are just bursting with strawberry flavor. Then toss in your favorite add-ins to make them really special!

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1 stick butter (softened)
• 1 egg
• sprinkles
• chocolate chips
• white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, butter, and egg until well blended. If using white chocolate or chocolate chips mix in 1 cup.
Scoop onto a cookie sheet 2" apart. If using sprinkles, roll balls of cookie dough in sprinkles before baking. Bake 6-7 minutes.
Let cool and store in a covered container at room temperature.
