Refrigerator Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 (0.25-ounce) package yeast
  • 4 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

400* oven
Small bowl combine water and yeast. Let stand 5 minutes
Large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add yeast mixture and whisk several minutes
Untill dough is smooth.

Drop by tablespoonful 1 inch apart on baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or untill golden brown.

Dough maybe refrigerated untill ready for use.
