Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 - 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water; bring just to boil. Remove from heat; add chocolate and vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts. Transfer to large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time. In small bowl, combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to chocolate batter. Fold in nuts. Spread in greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, or until done. Cool; cut into squares.
