Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Ritz crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of a shallow dish.
Cook preserves, peppers and water in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 minutes or until preserves are melted, stirring occasionally. stir in onions; spread over cream cheese.
Serve with Ritz crackers
