  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
