Deviled Eggs 1

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp minced onion or shallot
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Hard boil eggs.
Slice each egg in half, lengthwise.
Remove yolk halves, and place in small mixing bowl.
Using a fork, mash up the egg yolks.
Add mustard, mayonaise, onion, tabasco, sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves, sprinkle with paprika.
