  • 2 EGGS, 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE, 1 TEASPOON SALT, 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD, 2 CUPS VEG. OIL, 2 TABLESPOON HOT WATER.

COMBINE EGGS, LEMON JUICE, SALT, MUSTARD AND 1/2 CUP OIL, BLEND 5 SECONDS. GRADUALLY ADD REMAINING OIL BLENDING ON LOW SPEED, BLEND UNTIL ALL OIL IS ADDED AND MIXTURE IS THICK AND CREAMY. ADD WATER AND BLEND. YIELD 2 CUP
