Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb boneless pork shoulder
- 1 large can Ortega green chili salsa
- 1 medium can Ortega chopped green chilies
- Garlic salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a crock pot, place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt), can of green salsa and chopped chilies. Turn crock pot to medium setting. Cook 6 to 8 hours until pork is tender.
