Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 c. Low-fat (1-percent) milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a 4 cup glass measure. Stir with a whisk to blend. Gradually whisk in milk. Stirring with whisk after every 2 minutes, microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil. Stir in vanilla. Pour into four serving dishes. Press plastic wrap onto surface. Cool and refrigerate.
