Ingredients
- 1/4 cups plus two tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. ancovy paste
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 3 chicken breast halves, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinate overnight. Skewer the chicken alternating with sweet onion pieces, and grill.
