  • 1 ONION, 1 BELL PEPPER, RIB OF CELERY, AND GARLIC, 1/4 CUP OF BUTTER, 1 CAN SHRIMP SOUP, 1 SOUP CAN OF WATER, 1/2 BLOCK KRAFT JALAPENO CHEESE, 1 POUND CRAWFISH OR 2 CANS OF SHRIMP, DRAINED, 1 PKG. EGG NOODLES.

Step 1

SAUTE ONION, BELL PEPPER, CELERY AND GARLIC IN 1/4 CUP BUTTER UNTIL CLEAR. ADD SHRIMP SOUP, AND 1 SOUP CAN OF WATER. ADD 1/2 BLOCK JALAPENO CHEESE. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. ADD 1 POUND OF CRAWFISH OR 2 CANS OF SHRIMP DRAINED. COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES. IN SEPERATE POT COOK EGG NOODLES ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. DRAIN AND MIX WITH SOUP MIXTURE. PLACE IN GREASED CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES UNCOVERED.
