Ingredients
- 1 bunch beets, peeled and cooked
- 1.4 c. Chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Sherry vinegar, or 3 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar boiled down to 1 1/2 tbsp.
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Slice beets into strips, mix together with other ingredients. Serve warm or chilled.
