Curried Fruit

An unusual combination for a brunch or buffet. Keep warm!

Ingredients

  • Melt:
  • 1 can peaches
  • 1 cans pears
  • (Cut into chunks)
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • Apricots
  • 1/4 c. Butter (margarine)
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp. Curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix drained fruits together in pyrex dish. Add melted butter mixture to fruit-stir gently-heat 20 minutes-1/2 hr – 325 degree. Add 1 can pitted dark cherries-heat 15 more minutes. Serve warm.
