Ingredients

  • 2

    packages fresh market salad or chopped lettuce (Bibb)

  • 1

    pint grape tomatoes, halved

  • 2

    avocados, pitted, peeled and diced

  • 4

    ready to cook lemon garlic marinated chicken breast cutlets , grilled and diced (buy prepared or fix your own)

  • 2

    hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced

  • 6

    slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

  • 2

    tbsp. Chopped fresh chives

  • 1

    cup t. Marzettis blue cheese Italian vinaigrette

Directions

1. Arrange salad greens down center of large deep serving platter. 2. Place tomatoes, avocado, chicken and eggs in strips on either side of lettuce. 3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over lettuce and chives over entire salad. Drizzle with dressing.
