Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (7 oz) Spring mix salad greens
- 1 bunch asparagus (approx 1 lb), tough ends broken off and blanched
- 1 lb red or white baby potatoes, halved and boiled but still firm
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 10 large basil leaves, cut in thin strips
- 1 C (Marzettis) roasted garlic Italian vinaigrette

Preparation
Step 1
1. Arrange salad greens down center of large deep serving platter. 2. Place asparagus, potatoes and tomatoes in strips on either side of lettuce. 3. Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with dressing.
Or just mix together in salad bowl. Add sliced black olives.
