Grilled Quesadillas

  • 6 (7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Dairy sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Cilantro sprigs, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Brush one side of three of the tortillas with some of the oil. Place tortillas, oil side down, on a large baking sheet. Spread salsa over each tortilla on baking sheet. Sprinkle each with cheese. Top with remaining tortillas. Brush top of tortillas with remaining oil.
