Pan-Steamed Spinach With Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) fresh spinach, stemmed and rinsed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet on medium-high. Add oil and garlic; cook 10 seconds. Add spinach with water that clings to leaves after rinsing. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes, just until all leaves wilt. Salt and pepper to taste.
