Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/5 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 golden delicious apple, peeled & julienned
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple habanero jelly
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

n a bowl add the cabbage, carrots, apples, mayo, vinegar and jelly. Mix well to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper. Place in fridge until ready to eat. It needs to sit for a little to release juices and soften.
