  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks packed in juice, drained and chopped
  • 2 oz. reduced-sodium 97 - 98% fat-free sliced ham (4 - 6 slices), roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1 stick light string cheese, sliced into coins
  • 2 tbsp. light Italian dressing

Place lettuce in a large bowl (or on a large plate). Evenly top with all remaining ingredients
