- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks packed in juice, drained and chopped
- 2 oz. reduced-sodium 97 - 98% fat-free sliced ham (4 - 6 slices), roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped basil
- 1 stick light string cheese, sliced into coins
- 2 tbsp. light Italian dressing
