This smoothie will fill you up and get you going in the morning and give you long lasting energy throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces diced pineapple (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Ice- 1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish glass with a slice of orange or piece of pineapple.
