Ingredients
- 6 ounces diced pineapple (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- Ice- 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish glass with a slice of orange or piece of pineapple.
