Roasted Red Pepper Pesto

The Penfield Valley Grill (aka as Michael's Valley Grill) serves this with fresh warm bread as a starter!

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 c. Fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in food processor pour in 2 cups olive oil slowly and process.
Serve with warm bagette for dipping.
