Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 1-3/4 Cups milk
- 1/2 Cups oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbs cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat waffle iron.
Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients until just smooth (a few lumps are okay).
Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray.
Pour mixture into hot waffle iron and cook until brown, until they release easily, probably 6 to 8 minutes.
** Batter will stay good in fridge for 1 week covered. Shake before use.
