Egg Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 chopped green onions 5-6 inch up
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Separate yolks from white mash yolks chop whites; add other ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with chips or Triscuits.
