Hot Mustard

Bunny Schlueter makes this spicy hot mustard often and always seems to have some in her refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) Coleman’s dry mustard
  • 1 C. Vinegar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and let stand overnight (mustard & vinegar) then add beaten eggs, sugar and salt. Cook on low heat until thick.
Refrigerate.
Serve with pretzels or as a condiment.
