Step 1

2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1 dash hot sauce (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
