  • garlic (pinch)
  • cooked pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1

Melt butter in frying pan, add garlic toss in your cooked pasta, when it's warmed through and just a bit brown, whip eggs, add salt and pepper and pour over the pasta. flip and turn until cooked and has just a bit of crust. Turn out onto pasta bowl, sprinkle with generous amount of Parmesan and add chopped parsley to garnish.
