Carrot Cake Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

• 5 cups rice Chex cereal
• 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
• 1 1/2 cups carrot cake mix
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 -1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add the powdered sugar and the carrot cake mix into a plastic bag and shake to combine.

2. Put the Chex cereal and chopped walnuts in a large bowl and combine.

3. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 45 seconds and stir until smooth. If not melted, microwave for additional 10 second increments until melted and smooth.

4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the Chex cereal and walnuts and mix until the cereal and walnuts are coated. Add the cereal mixture to the plastic bag with the powdered sugar and carrot cake mixture and shake until the cereal and walnuts are completely covered.
