RUSSIAN CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Small bottle Russian Dressing
  • 1 Cup Apricot or Peach Jam
  • 1 Whole chicken, cut up in pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil.

Place chicken in a casserole. Pour sauce over meat.

Marinate a few hours or overnight.

Place in 350 degrees oven and bake until done.

Sauce can be used on meatbaalls, pork chops and ribs.
