Ingredients
- 3 lb blade roast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Put the roast in a crock pot and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dry onion soup mix.
DO NOT USE WATER
Cover the crock pot and cook on medium for 5 to 6 hrs or until the meat is tender and flakes with a fork.
The meat juices may be used for gravy.
Keep warm and serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables of choice.
