Special K Bars

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups Special K cereal
• 3 oz chocolate chips
• 3 oz butterscotch chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a pan, and boil for 1 minute (do not burn).

Take the mixture off the stove and add peanut butter - then add the cereal.

Once mixed well, spread onto a buttered 8x8 pan.

Frost with melted chocolate and butterscotch chips once they have been combined.
