Pizza Dough (Angie Biano)

Ingredients

  • 6 cups flour
  • 4 TBSP oil
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 3 cups lukewarm water

Preparation

Step 1

Put flour in large bowl, make well add salt/sugar and mix. Make well and add oil and water and stir until you can't stir anymore, turn out onto floured board and knead until smooth and fingers leave indentation and dough is not sticky.Put into a greased bowl until it rises double size (about an hour)spread on greased cookie sheet and let it rise again about 30 mins

bake at 400 for about 20 mins
makes 2 lg or 3 small pizzas.
