Ingredients
- 24 party-size potato rolls
- 1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 1 lb. sliced ham
- 1 cup butter
- 4 T. cup brown sugar
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. prepared mustard
- 2 T. poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Slice rolls in half (Like one big sandwich) and place bottoms in 9 x 13 pan.
2. Layer on cheese and ham, and top with roll tops, cut into sandwiches.
3. Melt butter and add sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and poppy seeds.
4. Bring to a boil and let boil 2 minutes.
5. Immediately pour over rolls and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 8 min. more.
Can be refrigerated over night.Tip: These can be made up to 2 days ahead and heated when ready to serve.
