Ingredients

  • 3 slices - white bread, cubed
  • 1 1/4 c. - shredded cheese
  • 1 lb. - mild pork sausage, cooked & drained
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1 c. - milk
  • 1/2 tsp. - dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. - pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and pepper well. In an 8x8 pan, put cubed bread at the bottom. Sprinkle cheese over the bread. Add sausage. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate, covered, over night.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
