Ingredients
- 2 cups coarsely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crumbs, powdered sugar and butter and press in bottom of 13x9" pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs until well blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes (it will not be brown). Cool.
Pour canned berries over top. Top with Cool Whip and then sprinkle with pecans.
