Ingredients

  • Options of adding for additional taste:
  • 1 lbs. Frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 C Diced onions
  • 1 C Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1 Stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. Chedder cheese, grated
  • 2 C Cornflakes crushed
  • Salt & pepper to tast
  • Onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients & add to potatoes. Put crushed up cornflakes into a sealed bag with melted butter and mix up then place on top of dish. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 1hr. Can be made ahead & refrigerated.
