  • 1-1/4 1-1/4 1-1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
